Hey guys its been awhile so I thought I would re-introduce myself. I've taken almost the last year and a half on my ass. Had to have back surgery and I'm finally starting to get back in the swing of things. Anyhow, I'll start posting some diet journals in the next couple days and look forward to feedback. Current stats 320 lbs, 23% BF

Back surgery..... that HAD to suck!

Had to wait 12 weeks after surgery. Been in the gym for the last two months. I can do mostly everything. Back and legs are the only things I have been limited on so far. Can't do deads or bent over rows, legs are the worst though I can squat fine but anything that gets me scrunched down like leg press, hamstring curl machine and extensions. Everything else is good strength is maybe 70%
