M & D's cover pic has rank over Flexs'...Jay and trainers hit the nail way hard on the head! Remember that Jay is only 5' 9" tall and competes at around 270 ish! Crazy!

I talked to Jay about a week ago, he had to make an order for some videos, he said that he was the laziest he'd been in several years during the off season. Lazy in a sense of him not going balls to the wall in the gym, but him and Hany nailed it in the lead-up to the show. The last 2-3 weeks was what mattered, the drugs, diuretics and diet matched perfectly and he came in dialed! He told me some other stuff that will come out later next year, cant talk about it, but big happenings for Jay.
