I will not end a set on the 13th rep.... and I don't consider myself
superstitious. If I am doing my 12th rep and I know I can do more,
but don't think I've got enough for two more, the set is over.

I also do the same thing I NEVER end a set on the 13th rep.
Oh and the other thing that most people in the gym find odd is I train balls to the wall every workout!!

When I max out I tend to get really zoned out so I myself have never noticed I do this but a lot of people notice. On my last press or squat when there is a shit ton of weight and I'm about to collapse on my last push, I yell Obama! Weird, huh? Just picture that in your head for a second.

Indeed. Rack-pulls w/ 12 to 16 plates on the bar. * at present my b/w is at 218 lbs. w/ b/f @ 10 to 11 % . (have had groups gather on either side of me to watch...i always give them something to do...ie; "Take another plate off the rack and put it on the bar", or " I hand them my camera and tell them to take a pic of this for HCBB.net (*yawn)
