Hi everyone I am back. Turns out the Marines cant take prior enlistment people so I am going into the Army so I can be an Army Ranger. Anyway while I'm still home since I won't leave for a few months can someone help me figure out a shcedule because I want to get big but I also want to be able to do the PFT, but its pretty easy but the running. So can anyone help me set up a schedule because I really need to work on my shoulders, specifically the rear delts and my forearms. Right now I am just doing alot of wide grip pull ups supersetted with military presses for my shoulders which does okay but I would rather do something thats better
