I had a '92 Town Car... worst piece of shit I ever owned. I had spasms every time I took it to the shop for repair.  Nice, but there was always something wrong with it. Felt guilty when I sold it. I told the guy what all had been wrong with it but he said he enjoyed fixing things up, so I let him have it cheap.

Talk about having a spasm...Since I moved up here to the Tahoe area I picked up an old Dodge Durango 4WD cheap. Night before last, I was walking down to our condo and walked up on 2 black bears no more than 15 feet from me. They were in the path, about 25 feet from my front door. Fat and healthy looking, at least 300 lbs each.
They just looked at me and didn't seem aggressive, but they weren't in a hurry to get out of my way, either. Not knowing how to say, "excuse me" in bear, I avoided an awkward social faux pas and eased back up to the truck for my .357. They strolled on off while I was in the truck.

I gotta get a bigger gun for the glove box. At least a .44 mag, maybe one of them there S&W .50 calibers. I don't want to shoot a bear, not in that kind of situation, but I think the noise would scare them off. If one does break redneck on me, I want to stop it in its tracks.

Haha! Great story dude! WOW! Not 1 but 2 black bear. You won't need a 50 Cal. just get yourself 1 or 2 very nice "Desert Eagles". NOTHING compares to thease! (NO COMMENT) But if you get a chance to fire one of these boys YOU WILL KNOW!

hows the training coming? Still at it bro?   J.
