Goal is to put some mass on. After work, I dont get to the gym until late. Sometimes I dont get out of the gym until 10pm (workout lasts about 1hr). I usually do a shake right after my routine (40gm of whey with right amout of carbs) but then the good meal you should have (chicken/baked potato, ect..) 40 min to a 1hr after, I eating around 11 -11:30pm. Eating this late I am up most of the night, then have to work by 7 am. Question is, after my routine should I just stick with my postworkout shake then go to bed shortly after or eat a meal then go to bed.

Why don't you get to the gym earlier? In my case when I work 12 hour day shifts (up at 0400) I hit the gym right after work (7 pm) train until 8-8:30 have my pwo shake, and then have some carbs when I get home (oats etc), shower, prep my lunch, shake, bed.
