Well, hectic isn't the word to describe life here recently. I've been offered a job about 200 miles away from where I live so I'm moving this coming Friday and begin work on Monday. My floor is covered with the things I'm deciding whether or not I should take with me. Training time has been cut down a little but I've still (for the last couple weeks) fit in the main 3. Chest, Back and Legs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bench progress has been good. Finished a set on 255lbs last week for 4 reps. Squats have come along a little, finished with a set of 5 on 308lbs last week and back has also been solid. Still finishing deads on 300lbs but I feel i can progress soon, hit a 322lbs dead the other week.
I will return at one point, but as of late I need to make sure everything goes smoothly in this transition period.
