All in all you appear to be getting stronger on quite a few of your lifts, and in time this will translate to muscle growth.

Well, hectic isn't the word to describe life here recently. I've been offered a job about 200 miles away from where I live so I'm moving this coming Friday and begin work on Monday. My floor is covered with the things I'm deciding whether or not I should take with me. Training time has been cut down a little but I've still (for the last couple weeks) fit in the main 3. Chest, Back and Legs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bench progress has been good. Finished a set on 255lbs last week for 4 reps. Squats have come along a little, finished with a set of 5 on 308lbs last week and back has also been solid. Still finishing deads on 300lbs but I feel i can progress soon, hit a 322lbs dead the other week.

I will return at one point, but as of late I need to make sure everything goes smoothly in this transition period.

Oh, and one more point, I've found a gym where I'm moving to already Smiley

How the hell is everyone?

Well it's update time! Been working hard in my new job, getting on well and being trained well for the profession. For about 3 weeks fitting the gym in was hard work but now it's all coming together again, keeping the training up and loving it. Lost a little size but back into the eating and training and all's going well so I will be updating this journal with weights and routine very soon Smiley

God it's been so long, I'm looking through this journal and seeing some interesting reading of what I was doing. That's bought back memories of my garage gym! I'm training chest tommorrow. I will update the journal it will be great to have people looking over, critiscing and helping me make a better training regime.
