Looking f#*king SICK man! Your back's in, and your legs are almost there judging by yesterday's pics - probably ARE in today. I must reiterate what muscle n' blood and ps said, don't make any drastic changes now like adding in cardio. You're right on track, just cruise into the show without changing anything.

Point taken p.s.

My cardio is only a half hour low intensity, basically a fast walk. I will probably do it once per day if needed.

My nutrition has been pretty slack, been adding in some bars and whatnot during the day and it doesnt hinder my progress in any way. Usually 1-2 Power Crunch Bars and then I have some extra peanut butter (3-5 tbsp) before bed on top of my nutrition plan below. Nutrition has been this so far:

Breakfast:
10 Egg Whites & 3 Whole Omega 3 Eggs

Snack:
6oz Chicken Breast and 1 cup Green Beans

Lunch:
6oz Tilapia or Pollock and Green Beans

Snack:
6oz Chicken and Green Beans (powercrunch bar or two usually, even though I am not supposed to Smiley

Dinner:
6-7oz Salmon and Green Beans

Nighttime Shake:
1 Scoop Iso-100 (whey protein Isolates) and 1 scoop Casein & 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

(plus 3-5 more tbsp peanut butter cause its good! and I am still changing for the better Wink

Supps:
Animal Pak Multi with meal 1
2 Fish Oil caps on Meal 1,3,5
Primrose Oil cap (1300mg) on meal 2,4,6
Tribulus (1300mg) on Meal 1,3,5
Vitamin C (500mg) every meal
Green Tea Extract on Meal 1,3

Hey if adding some bars in to your diet is working then stay with it, as no two people diet the same to get lean. You've found what works for you so don't try and fix what aint broke!

Im out here in a couple hours, off to the Bill Pearl Classic in Bend tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Sitting ok, not perfect where I would like to be, but I am really focused on the Ironman next Saturday, and plan on peaking at 100% then, this Saturday will be a trial run Smiley

I just read your latest thread and your over-all win, so all I gotta say is nice trial run......LMFAO!!! As far as the Ironman goes I'm more than confident that when you truely peak for that one you'll blow anyone else silly enough to be standing next to you right off the stage!!

Just eat lots of pie and wash it down with quarts of whole milk for the next week. You won't be able to see all those funny looking bumps on your tummy.
