You look just about ready to hit the stage, so how's the wheels looking? Your most-muscular, front double looks very good even with shitty lighting, so with some tanning agents applied and decent lighting you're gonna do great!

Wheels are definately slower in seperating than the rest of me... I didnt have shorts on at the gym yesterday so I wasnt about to get down to my tighty whiteys for a wheel shot I'll take some pics this Saturday, at 2 weeks out with a two day carb load (Thurs and Fri at 300g/day) and make sure to get a wheel shot.

You look GREAT. Your chest and biceps look bigger, the front and back DBs are awesome! The tri's are humungous as always, and I'm sure those freaky wheels are too. I look forward to seeing the leg shots. You're going to take some names brother. You have me itching to start my diet for the nationals, two more months of being a fat-ass!

Bruce, my legs take forever to come in too. I might try cutting out the cardio the last week this time, as it tends to pump them up.
I still check out the board all the time! Things are so hectic now I have a family, it's just hard to find time to post regularly. Jelly is doing great of course, and she says hi. She recently got promoted to team leader at her work, they love her there and she's enjoying it alot. We're planning to get married before the year's out. Provided she doesn't come to her senses first LOL!
As for me, this off-season's been up and down. I did manage to get to 240, my heaviest ever (putting on weight is hard for me) and I got my squat up to 5 plates. But the labrum in my shoulder is torn, so no barbell benching, I had a pinched nerve in my neck that made my trap and shoulder atrophy and drove me crazy, got patellar tendonitis and blew out my lower back. So it's been frustating and painful for awhile, hopefully I've made enough improvements despite it all to make a respectable showing at the nats.
BTW Bruce, congratulations on getting your picture in Musclemag. We were so excited when we saw it!

Adam I think it's time you also took a page out of my book and quit with the excessively heavy weights and train for reps and tight muscle contractions. I've made the best gains ever over the last couple of years by changing my training from excessively heavy to a more moderate weight and working more for the reps, contraction and pump.
Tell Jelly I said hi and congrats on her promotion.

Yeah you guys are right, as usual. Training heavy is just so enjoyable, it's hard to put it aside. But my body is starting to send me signals that it's just not up for it, at least not for the extended periods I've been subjecting it to. Jelly says hi to everyone! That's from jelly not me, you perverts!
