Follow what MnB has told you in regards to eating and train each bodypart hard and you'll grow like a damned weed. However be patient as no great BB was built in a day, and if you read muscle mags etc always remember that the guys you see in the pics have been at this for MANY years, as an example Ronnie Colman has been at this for almost 30 years and many others have been at this 20+ years. Hell I've at this for 28 years and MnB has been lifting well over 30 years, so we know what it takes to get a great physique, and if ya listen to us we can help you avoid the mistakes we have both made in the past.
