Doing great, yeah.
Nutrition has been on full blast - an eat all I can matter. (",)
Also supported with in-between meals, extra virgin olive oil,
multi-vitamins, anti-oxidants, and milk.

October 20, Athlete's Routine, 3rd Cycle
Workout 2:
1. Deadlifts - 250 lbs x 5 reps without lifting straps (warm-ups: 130 & 220)
2. Dips - bodyweight, 30 reps

Hello Nilbert. Jack here and good to meet ya... I am unsure as what your goals are at the moment but at your age, glad that you are still pumping the iron! I understand the Mentzer theory as I still use it every now and then, but only in cycles (the way Mike ment it to be) as none of us train at a true 100% at every workout! Just impossible!
