Hey Ive been gone for a while. I havent been lifting for a long ass time. Now that I have all easy classes for the rest of highschool I can have more time to lift. I did gain alot of weight and got a bit fat, but Ive been doing cardio, eating healthy, doing circuits every once or twice a week, and heavy bag work every other day. I have to say, the circuits made the fat melt off in conjunction with a healthy diet, and now im more trim then ever and still just as muscular. I dont bodybuild anymore but I like these forums, heres my weekly layout

day 1 - Power
Morning Run
Heavy Bag, working on power.

One arm knuckle pushups - however many reps i can do
One arm pullups - however many i can do (about 5)
I do both for 3 sets, back to back with 1 min rest between

military press - 6-10 reps 3 sets
medium width grip pullups with weights - 6-10 reps 3 sets

Static-dynamic protocol: 5 sets per arm
1 Static Straight Punch, 1 half extended, 1 extended
10 medball tosses

day 2 - Speed
Heavy Bag, working on speed.
Circut Day  Sad
5 cicuits of:
5 dumbbell swings
5 dumbbell snatches
10 burpees 1- med ball slams

cool down time about 5 mins
Situps-elbows to opposite knee for however many i can do for 3 sets
Russian Twists with 35lb plate for however many i can do 3 sets
leg raises for about 20 reps - 3 sets

Day 3 - Back off day - Technique
Usually shadowbox for 2 mins at a time 10 times
If my partners there I use the punch mitts
Jump rope for a while, use speedbag
and for my still slightly lagging rear delts, so laying read delt raises. You would think with all the pullups and rows theyd be monsterous.

I dont have any dealifts or squats, but the legs are always killing me from work with the military press, occasional sparring, running and all the circuit exercises hit them hard so I dont feel the need to train them seperately. I hate circuit day, next day my legs are soar as sin.

Anyway, as far as school goes, I got my first honor roll in high school this marking period. I did pass drivers ed finally on my second try, but I still failed the test so I dont have a license but I can graduate now since passing the course is mandatory. I have a girlfriend named Sammi whose in college now. Shes just really shy and wont talk to anyone, but I got her to talk to me and then I asked her out and now we are really close. And after highschool Im going to join the Marine Corps with my best friend Chris, my other friend Josh, and an acquantence of mine, Joe while Sammi finishes college. Chris is most likely going to end up as an engineer since hes had work in that field and is very handy (unless he is qualified to be spec ops), while Joe aspires to be a Chef. I hope to be a rifleman or machine gunner.
